• Perform machine installation, maintenance, and settings to ensure smooth production.
• Analyze quick and effective machine breakdowns (quick win)] to reduce lost time. Controlling the use of spare parts to maintain inventory. e Complete work according maintenance orders and targets set.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve the competence of maintenance technicians,.
• Implement quality management system, K3, environment, AEO, 5R, ESG, SMK3, PEFC CoC, and SNI 3755.
• Comply with work safety procedures and report potential hazards or incidents.
